Cambridge State Bank is proud to offer you a NEW and BETTER Internet Banking product. With the help of the Internet, you will have full service access to
your accounts in a completely secure environment. At home or office, you will be able to do everything from reviewing your balances to transferring funds, and reviewing your account statements.
At the top of this page is a
link to Internet Banking. It is very user-friendly. Follow the instructions in the letter you have received, or the instructions here.
To logon as a first time user, have your account number ready, whether a checking,
savings, or loan, and your Social Security number, for initial logon. Click on First Time User.
1. On the ID line, use the chosen account number (match with the type from the drop down box next to that line). Find the
account number on the bottom of your checks (Not the 075904238 but the next number) or the top of your last statement.
2. On the Password line, put the last 4 digits of your SS#.
3. It will then bring up a new page for
you to create a user ID ( a nickname, perhaps) and a new password. Both this new user ID and new password must be at least 6 characters, and have at least one number in it. Once you are done with that, you can access your
accounts online!
The next time you logon, do not use First Time User, but use the regular logon on that page.
Look around at what is available. Statements are listed under Documents. Transactions are
listed under transactions. Choose the account you want to look at, and the information will come up.
If you are comfortable using your browser, you will be comfortable with this personal banking product.
Security is extremely important when it comes to your financial matters. Complete privacy, controlled through encryption and passwords, ensures only authorized access to your accounts. You will initially set up a user ID and password
to use with Internet Banking. No Social Security number is used as a logon ID, adding to financial security.
A personal computer with Internet access is all that is required to get started. for your Internet browser, you will need
either Internet Explorer 5.0 (or greater) from Microsoft Corporation, or Netscape’s Navigator 4.72 (or greater). Note: Internet Explorer 5.5 or Netscape Communicator 6.1 are required to access some export options.
